When booking an appointment with VHK women’s health clinic you will receive a specialist questionnaire to complete, asking about your symptoms and the impact on your life, so we can have a good understanding of your symptoms prior to the appointment.

We will ask about your medical history to ensure any advice or treatment is tailored to your individual needs. 

The appointment can be carried out face to face in our clinic in Bromsgrove or by telephone if you prefer.

We strongly believe all our patients should be fully informed about their condition and the options for management of it. This enables each woman to have an individualised approach to their care.

We ensure all our prescribing is evidence based and follows national gold standard guidelines. Our team are experts in perimenopause and menopause care and advocate body identical hormone regimens.

After the appointment, you will receive a summary of our discussion and onward treatment plan. We do not routinely contact your own GP, but recommend you share this summary with them in order to have all your medical information updated in one central place.

We may recommend blood tests as part of your treatment plan and can provide these at the clinic provided by a third party company, Viva Health Labs.  We may suggest an ultrasound scan as part of your investigations and we can provide recommendations for this service.

We offer prescriptions via Pharmacierge, a private online pharmacy with medication being delivered to your address of choice within 1-2 working days.
